●入所 Check in

チェックインは１６時～２１時までです。
（この時間以外になる場合はあらかじめご連絡ください。）　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　Check in time : after 16：00pm until 21：00pm sharp（The front closes.）
（If you will be arriving outside of these hours,please contact us in advance.）　
宿泊者は「宿泊カード」に必要事項の記入
Guests must fill out the necessary information on the accommodation card.
「本人確認」Identification -宿泊者様全員のパスポート（日本人の方は免許証などの身分証明書）の提示が必要となります。
※身分証明書現本が必要で修正や黒塗りは不可となります。
Presentation of allguests' passports (identifications such as licenses for Japanese) is required.
※ The currentID card is required at the time of presentation and cannot be modified or painted.

●退所 Check out

チェックアウトは午前１０時までです。
Check out time:by 10 :00 am sharp.
チェックアウトの際は室内を整頓してください。
Please tidy up the room when you leave.
受付にカギ及びレンタル用品を返却してください。
Please return the key and rental items to the receptionist.

●土足禁止 No shoes allowed

●立ち入り禁止の場所の説明 Do not enter

宿泊室以外（共有部分を除く）の出入りは禁止です。
Entrance and exit outside of the accommodation room （excluding common areas）is prohibited
１階には管理人が住んでいるので、１階には降りることは禁止です。
The manager lives on the first floor,so going down to the first floor is prohibited.

●トイレ使用上の注意 Toilet

●ゴミの捨て方（分別方法と捨てて良い場所）Garbage

　キッチンに共有のゴミ箱を設置していますので、分別してできるだけ整理して捨ててください。
We have a shared trash can in the kitchen. Please separate your garbage and dispose of it as neatly as possible.

●ゲスト以外の入室禁止 Only guests can enter

ご友人を室内に招待しないでください。
Do not stay add the guests without a reservation.
予約者宿泊者名簿以外の方を入室、宿泊させないでください。
判明した場合、即退出の違約金をご請求する場合があります。（5000円）
Please do not allow anyone other than the guest list for the reservation to enter or stay.
If you find out, you may be charged a penalty for leaving immediately.（ 5,000 yen）

●外出時の消灯、戸締まり、節電など When going out

チェックイン後の外出時や就寝時など、鍵の管理・施錠をお願いいたします。
The entrance and the room key will lock when you go out and sleeping time. And please keep key management until check out.
外出の際の電気、エアコンなどの節電にご協力をお願いいたします。
Please turn off the electric appliances,when you go out.

●室内禁煙No smoking

喫煙場所（屋外）
No smoking（In the room）.I have an ashtray available outside.
ハウスルールを守れない方は違約金を請求します。
Those who can not comply with the House Rules will be charged a penalty fee.

●部屋での騒音注意、迷惑行為 room

ご近所への騒音の配慮をお願いします。
Please give consideration to noise in your neighborhood.
部屋の中では、飛び跳ねたり、走りまわるのはやめてください。
Please do not jump or run around in the room.
ヘアカラーは、室内、お風呂内すべて禁止です。
Hair color is indoor, all within the bath are forbidden.
利用者同士の事故やケガ等のトラブルについては一切の責任を負いかねます。
We not responsible for any accidents or injuries between users.
利用者の不注意、規則違反による事故、その他盗難紛失等に関して責任は負いかねます。
We cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by user carelessness, violation of rules, or other loss or theft.
利用者が建物、備品等を破損した場合、利用者に責任があるときは原則弁償していただきます。
If a user damages a building or equipment, the user is required to pay compensation in principle if the user is responsible.

●冷蔵庫の使用ルール refrigerator

冷蔵庫は共有です。譲り合ってお使いください
The refrigerator is shared. Please use it interchangeably.

●浴室の使用ルール bathroom

使用可能時間は１６時～２２時、翌６時～９時です。
Available times are from 4pm to 10pm and from 6am to 9am the following day.
浴室はシャワーのみご利用可能となります。
Only the shower can be used in the bathroom.
浴室は時間予約制としています。
The bathroom is on a time reservation system,
浴室に繋がる扉に予約表（ホワイトボード）を準備しているので、
宿泊部屋番号及び簡単な名前を記入の上ご利用ください。
We have prepared a reservation form on the bathroom door, so please write your room number and simple name.
お一人様の利用時間は基本的に３０分以内とします。
Usage time is within 30minutes.
午後１０時以降のシャワーの利用はご遠慮ください。
Please refrain from using the shower after 10pm.
